These three right here, this is why I R+F! This is why I took an alternate route to a paycheck. This is what gives us freedom!!

My babies are watching what I’m doing. I see them grabbing the sunscreen to care for their skin. I see them recognizing the importance of self-care. I see them emulating me as I wash my face and hydrate my skin.

For my babies and the importance of self-care: Wash you face, eat healthy foods, exercise, take care of your beautiful body God has blessed you with. You are beautiful, you are worthy! You are blessed! You choose your own path and there are so many incredible choices for you! Be strong, be courageous and believe in yourself!
