Do it Scared!

Why I was scared to say “YES”.
Over three years ago, I took a HUGE leap and I’m not going to lie, I was terrified. I was scared I would 
1. Get flack from my family and....I did. 
2. Ridiculed by other Friends for not choosing “their” company and...I did. 
3. Struggle at first and... I did. 
I had fears just the same as any other person but I just had a gut feeling that R+F was different and... it is! Now: 
1. My family does support, encourage and believe in me! Why because they saw my eyes light up, they saw me putting it the work and making money! 
2. The friends and community I’ve established through my journey is just incredible. I love my tribe. 
3. That struggle, that turned into success! Day by day I continued to put one foot in front of the other and put in the work. I believe in the system, believe in myself and Believe in the process!! 
Why did I think Rodan+Fields was so different? I saw a story after story of people succeeding with this company! I thought, well if they can do it and I just want a little extra money, then why not? Here’s what I focused on: 
✅ A huge support group with my company
✅ A business that I didn’t have to stock inventory. 
✅ safe, consumable products with results that work! 
✅ A company that continues to innovate and be THE BEST 
✅ A company that’s just starting to go global and continues to appeal to everyone with skin. 
✅ skin care that’s not just “a one-size fits all” with options for everyone!
✅ A job that I can do on my time so I can do what I love: be with my kids, support my husband, enjoy writing again, TRAVEL have a shameless shoe fund and just have FUN!

That little paycheck has grown all and for that I am so incredibly grateful! For all of you, thank you! I am so grateful for the support and encouragement!
