Our Weekly Menu for Fall
/This weeks menu is ready! We follow the guidelines of Trim Healthy Mama developed by Pearl Barrett and Serene Allison and we encourage you to check out their website, books and various social media platforms. This week we are focusing on E dinners since last week's dinner was all Satisfying meals.
Menu
Monday: Creamy Lemon Chicken and quinoa Soup (E), Page 147 of the book, Trim Healthy Table The temperature is slowly dropping in the south so a little soup is perfect way to start the week.
Tuesday: Ranch Hand Taco Salad (E) page 200 of the book, Trim Healthy Table. It’s Taco Tuesday in the house! The kids love there tacos and I'm so thankful Trim Healthy Mama has so many unique taco suggestions.
Wednesday: Beans and Cornbread (E) page 111 of Trim Healthy Table. Ridiculously Easy and a quick serve it up the Energizing meal!
Thursday: Trim Train Italian Soup (E), Page 160 of the book, Trim Healthy Table. Another Savory Soup for the chilly weather.
Friday: Carb Friendly Pizza & Movie Night (E). It's Cauliflower Pizza Night!
Saturday: Slimming Secret Spaghetti (FP) Page 102 in the book Trim Healthy Table. Who doesn't love spaghetti night?!
Sunday: Creamy Bean, Bacon and Butternut Soup (E)- page 98 in Trim Healthy Table. Perfect end to an October evening.
For my Sweet Tooth
Low Carb Rolls (E)- This recipe calls for two eggs which would make it a crossover so I’ll add extra egg whites to stay within an E.
Pumpkin Bam Cake (E) Page 385 in the book Trim Healthy Table.
